Healing with yoga
Yoga, meditation and healing music for stress relief, emotional balance and the slow work of coming home to your own body.
Why yoga heals
Yoga is not stretching with nicer lighting. Done slowly and paired with breath, it changes the state your body is holding. Everything on this site is built around that one idea.
Slow movement paired with a long exhale is one of the few things that reliably brings a body down out of alarm.
Mindfulness is not emptying the mind. It is noticing where it went, and coming back, over and over.
Grief, anger and fear live in the body as much as the head. Heart-centred practice gives them somewhere to go.
Restorative sequences built for stiff, tired, ordinary bodies. Bolsters encouraged, flexibility not required.
Evening practice and long-form sound designed to be fallen asleep to, not finished.
Not a destination. A daily returning, small enough that you can actually keep it up.
Sound therapy
Choose a centre and let its tone hold the room. Nothing to download, nothing to finish. Stay for four breaths or forty minutes.
A sustained drone with a slow fifth above it.
The mind-body map
Scroll and the light climbs with you, from the earth beneath you to the opening above. Each centre has its own colour, its own tone, and its own quiet question.
Our approach
Nurturing Soul exists to help you embrace yourself, through music, meditation, mantra and affirmation. We believe empowerment begins from the inside, and our work is simply to help you find and celebrate who you already are.
In a world full of noise, we are building somewhere serene enough to hear your own wisdom again. The sounds here are chosen slowly: to nurture, to cultivate self-love, to make room for emotional healing.
Join us in this harmonious quest of self-discovery and acceptance, and let these rhythms guide you toward a fuller, more honest life.
